After looking and looking for quite some time, I am finally thinking of pulling the trigger. I found a 2007 MF 1528, 200 hrs, 4wd, gear drive tractor, $7000 firm. It does not have any equipment. From some of the research I have been doing this appears to be a decent deal. I was wondering what the people on this board think. Any input would be much appreciated.

Sounds OK to me, will you be adding a loader or backhoe? I have had good luck with mine and it has decent power output. I just wish I had a cab

The 1528 gear is a strong tractor, and the price is a good one.
Beverly, Both Sims and Curtis have cabs, if you want a very nice one look at the Loren cab. Loren cab is costly, but they are as good or better than a factory cab.
