Buying Advice Looking at a McConnell Marc 424

In my continuing search for a small tractor I came across this McConnell Marc 425 with loader and back hoe. 357 hrs. Seller has no idea what year. It’s a 2 cylinder 24hp engine. I’ve looked on here can’t really find a definitive answer who the actual manufacturer was and if parts are available. Seller says the only issue is the ignition switch doesn’t work. Asking $5500

Pretty sure that is a taishan 254 or 304. Parts are available online. If it has the 295 engine it the 254 if it is a 2100 engine its the 304.
