Rotary Cutter Looking at a Woods C72 Rotary Cutter

I am now on my third tractor, a Kubota L3710, and I am still on my first rotary cutter. It is a Kioti R53?? that came with my CK20. It cuts fine but is too narrow for my tractor. I found a used Woods C72 but I can't go look at it until Friday. The guy wants $950 for it. I am not sure how old it is or what it is worth. If it is in good condition is that a reasonable price?
