looking at an M6040 for horse farm

Howdy - Unless we were to be convinced otherwise, we plan to purchase an m6040 w/ LA1153 FEL for our 25 acre horse farm operation. However, in FL, turf tires are a must so that the pastures and fields are not torn up during mowing (sandy soil yields easily to industrial or farm treads). Anyone have thoughts on the following: (1) M6040 enough power for 8foot woods mower on bahia; (2) aftermarket source for turf tires since it appears they are not available from Kubota (5040 only) upon delivery of an m6040; (3) which transmission doyou suggest for mostly mowing with some dirt work? thanks, guys and gals.
