Tractor
2016 Kioti 2610HST
Hey guys I am new to the whole tractor thing. We just bought an acreage over a year ago in Canada. I am looking at buying a Kioti CK2510HST tractor with loader. It looking like it would be a great tractor for my needs and the price seems to be good also I think. All I am looking for is something to clear snow off my driveway(not a very big driveway) and then spread some gravel to touch up the driveway every year. I only have 3ac of land so not much most is fully treed. So far I got a price of 19,500 out door tax in(Canadian funds). So I am wondering is this a good tractor do guys like it? Any info is awesome!!!

Hey guys.

We bought three acres a year ago, in Alberta, Canada. The land is mostly open.

I am new to tractors. I am looking for a tractor to clear snow off my driveway (not a very big driveway) and spread gravel on the driveway.

I am considering a Kioti CK2510HST tractor with loader. I have a price quotation of $/C 19,500, tax included. It seems like it would fit my needs and the price seems good.

Input would be awesome!

It is your original post. Without any explanation, Jeff formatted it for you. It is easier to read this way.

I'm not that familiar with the Kioti lineup, but do make sure to drive the ck2610, which has the same HP, but is a larger tractor. Probably not much price difference.

Good luck, and let us know what you end up with.

I did price out the 2610 it was actually a bit more. Here is what the sales guy gave me For pricing on both

Thanks Trevor, the CK2510 and CK2610 both are slow selling tractors for us, so I don't have them in stock at the moment. But, that doesn't mean that I cannot order one in for you. That being said, at today's exchange rate, see the prices for each unit below. These prices fluctuate with the dollar, so it is difficult to lock in a price for you.

CK2510 HST with Loader, industrial tires, engine and transmission heaters, and a bolt on cutting edge for the bucket, currently would be $18,999 plus gst.

CK2610 HST with Loader, industrial tires, engine and transmission heaters, rubber deck mat kit, and a bolt on cutting edge for the bucket, currently would be $22,125 plus gst.

Those two tractors are basically the same size except for the 1 hp difference is it really worth extra 2,000 . If you could find an older ck 25-27-30 they have more bells and whistles than the new ck 2510 or 2560. The reason for that is to keep the cost down.

I have a 2014 CK 30 HST with loader, Front mount blower, rear blade and soft cab that I bought brand new and it cost me just under 30,000 with taxes. I love this tractor lots of power to blow ( my driveway is about 800 feet ) and easy to use.
I am not saying anything bad about the ck 2510 just look around before you jump and see what options comes on the machine compared to the older ones. You will be surprised at what is missing. Good luck.

To the best of my knowledge, the 2510 and 2610 aren't the same size. I'm pretty confident that the 2610 is quite a bit heavier, has bigger tires, more three point lift, and more loader capacity.

As I understand it, the 2610 is the same as the 3510 and 4010 (could be wrong on those numbers, but the next two larger tractors) but with less power to avoid emissions equipment.

That could very well be but I am just going by the older CK 25-27 and 30-35 which where all basically the same size but different HP and tires. I have been trying get into the Kioti website with no success today. All I can say is to get both tractors side by side on the kioti website then you will see the specs, sizes and differences .

Yes, the old ones were different. The 2610 is a direct competitor to the Kubota l2501. Mid sized CUT with less HP than previous offerings. Both the Kubota and the Kioti are new models with no equivalent in the prior generation.

To the OP. Be sure to shop around. I called to get a quote on the 2610 and the two dealers I called were $3,000 USD already. Also, unless you're paying cash, Kubotas current 0% financing may make Kubota a cheaper buy.
