I'm replacing an old AgPro (Jinma) 354 and have been looking for a while. Now I'm ready to buy. I'm down to two units: JD 3720 and Kubota L3940. Both of these are excellent machines with good local dealers (especially compared to the AgPro):laughing:. It's really going to come down to minor features and conveniences. One question:
I've seen how the JD loader and mid-mount mower attach/detach (dang that's slick!) but haven't seen a demo of that on the Kubota yet. The dealer is over an hour away, so I thought I'd ask here. I don't know how it could get easier than JD makes it, but can anyone tell me how the K loader and mower go on and off?
On the JD, to get the loader off you flip two slide locks, lower the bucket to lift the nose of the tractor a bit, back away and detach the hydro. Done. For the MMM, you drive over it and wait until you hear it click. Done. Jeez, that's sweet.
