Hi,
The really great JD935 I inquired here about didn't work out. The owner stopped communicating after I looked at it, made the deal to get it delivered. I think he realized what it was going to cost him to get the tractor he wanted to replace it with! Wasted 3 weeks of my time, grass and weeds now thigh high.

So, the search continues. I have a line on a JD400 with a front PTO snow blower and 60" deck for $3,800. It is 5 hours away, so I can't drop in to look at it. This is on FB marketplace, so I am messaging with the seller. I am wondering how hard it is to get attachments, including adding the rear 3 point. I read that the PTO speed may limit the available options. I really wanted that f935, but this may be a better option, if I can get attachments. Any pointers on where to look for attachments?

Thanks for any opinions or feedback,
Miriam

craigslist or marketplace would be the best, they are getting a little long in the tooth so be sure to check out whatever you are going to buy really well

I have heard that the JD 400 is a "one off" GT. Implements may be unique to this tractor and hard to come by. Don't know if that is a fact, but you might want to look into it especially if you are looking for additional attachments.
