Looking at trading 1320 for DX 33

My local dealer has a new '04 DX 33. My 1998 NH 1320 HST 4x4 is in great shape and has 392 hours on it. It is also equipped with a 7308 loader and 68" bucket. The local Case IH dealer is wanting $8500.00 to trade. He is allowing me $14,000.00 for the 1320 and claiming the DX 33 list for $23,500.00. Any thoughts on this trade. This will be for the DX 33, hydro 4x4 and the 114 loader. Appreciate any impute!

The DX33 is home! Now to work on the new graphics.....the work never ends! Unfortunately we have had rain for the last few days so I can't get in any serious playtime....I mean work time. The brother-in-law is putting on an addition and a pool so we have some dirt piles to move and a little grade work to do as well.
