Beware of trailer frames that used to be for RV's, They are made lighter as the box frame of the Rv takes part of the load by dispersing it over the frame. You will find that loading equipment they will bend as they are carrying the load fore and aft of axles. I have seen some bend with no weight on then at all just the bouncing of the road will tweak them. As far as title, try explaining to the officer why your homebuilt trailer has an RV license. I would take the axles and build me a trailer that is suitable for the job.
