I'm in the market for a middlebuster and subsoiler. I like the idea of the combo unit and I've seen several that may do the job for me. Of course, I'm looking for the best unit for the job. Most of the work would be on Food Plots in Georgia red clay. Digging ditches, laying wire and pipe are certainly not out of the question.
I really like this one from LMC (Lowery manufacturing).
I like the fact that it's a trailer mover as well. It also looks like it would shear without damaging the plow. Does anyone have one? What's the price?
I also ran across this one from Northern Tool under the Nortrac Name. Does anyone know who makes it? This isn't a combo tool, but it's adjustable and the shear point looks right to me. I wonder if you can buy the subsoiler tool point?? I worry that theres no gusset where the two pieces of tubing join.
What do you guys think?
