Looking for a Middlebuster/Subsoiler combo

Will do but it will be next wk/ed (the 20th) before I'll visit my tractor again (sorry to say) Although, that would be a very good excuse to visit Agri-Supply!!! Been wanting to see if they sell the chisel part...

They had one left of the red adjustable one (like the middle buster photos in my post above). Then they had a King Kutter, yellow subsoiler. Then a black Middle buster. The inventory # are seen and you can look them up (EXCEPT for the red one, this one was listed instore only, for less then $100). They didn't have just the chisel point for the red one so I hope to modify one of the others to fit... Few photos of the other chisel points (poor lighting).

PS. Thanks for "making" me go to Agri-Supply... I had forgotten I needed a 3"x24" hydraulic ram for my log splitter... :confused2:

I was just going to sandwich a couple layers of the 1/8" steel strip they have at TSC, etc. to make a chisel point for mine, but I haven't gotten to it yet.

Thanks teg! I certainly appreciate it. Let me know what you come up with adapting the subsoiler bit. The #15485 looks promising.

I called Agri-Supply this morning and they found a few of the Middlebusters and Subsoilers in their stores. Shipping costs made it prohibitive.

I think I'm going to call Northern and order the Middlebuster and then take a drive later in the week to TSC to see what I can dig up to use as a subsoiler bit.
