I have an older rotary cutter. I don't see a brand name, but it has the following ID:
T 660 LT
T816/443B

The Gear Box says "Auburn Gear" 2102-N

So the question.....where can I find the part in image 002?

The plates around the middle plate are not spinning with the PTO shaft. It looks like I could weld the 3 plates together. But I assume it would be best to replace if possible.

Thanks,

That is a slip clutch. It appears to be a belleville spring style. I would try tightening the nut on the back between the gear box and the clutch. If that does not work I would remove the clutch from the gear box and disassemble it to see if it has friction material in it. If it does most likely worn out.

Thanks, yes I know nothing. So it is slipping. I removed it. It looks like there were 2 gaskets in there and they have both deteriorated. There are 4 bolts attaching it and 1 was missing.

I am thinking that those "gaskets" are actually friction material (like whats on brake pads).

Measure your old disks and call these people they may be able to help you.

If the slip disc carrier or holder is damaged they may also be able to provide a completely new slip disc clutch assembly.

a T-660-LT is a Hardee Mower FRICTION DISC 6.5" X 2.625" 225-6526
the Hardee Part number for the friction disc is #C-57

Nobody mentioned this, but you really do need that slip clutch, and operating correctly. If it is too loose, it slips, if it is too tight, then it doesn't protect what it is designed to protect... which is the expensive stuff in the rear part of your tractor! It needs to slip when you hit something like a rock, a tire, a piece of carpet, an engine block or maybe a well head... take you guess on what you will find thrown out in the bushes on property!

yep.
You could get them from JoeCDeere's link or Gators link.
Once they are replaced and the nut is tightened enough then your good.
