Looking for a good deal on a 4310, 4WD, hydro, turf tires,430 FEL, mx5 brush hog,60" tiller,and flexiplanter 71.

Well, you may want to try 5 local dealers in the Capital District, NY. These are Allen Farm Equipment, Clifton Park Lawn and Leisure, Davis Tractor and Turf (Chatham), KC Canary (Fultonville), and Knightes Farm, Lawn, and Garden (Schenectady). They all have websites. Look them up on big JD's dealer locator and you'll have all the contacts, phone #s, etc you'll need. Several TBNers have done well with one or more of these dealers. These are dealers I will be visiting in next week or so to try to make a deal on a 4710. Good luck!

You can try this dealer - <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.stonehams.com>Stonehams</A>. They are located in south central PA just off of I-81. I know that they have dealt with people in other states.

They do not list any of the newer models as yet. Give them a call, ask for James Stoneham, and you can use my name if you wish.

I'd recommend giving Ken Bartholomew a call at Rolling Acres in Tuckhannick (spelling??) PA. The phone number is 570-265-3400. I bought my 4300 from him last spring. Great price(Beat all NY dealers by over $1,000), great service, free delivery to Ithaca, NY.. Good Luck

I second Rancar's recommendation regarding K. C. Canary in Flutonville NY (West of Albany). Great Dealer, competitive pricing! Mark Brucker Great salesperson and very helpful. That's where I bought my 4310!

I'm visiting KC-Canary tomorrow, March 22 to ink a deal with Mark Brucker on the 4710. Of the five dealers I previously mentioned in this thread, KC-Canary provided the most competitive price on a total tractor package...beat out the next lowest price dealer by about $800 and the highest price dealer by almost $3K. Mark was most responsive to my request for a detailed line item price breakdown and was the quickest to respond...and I've never even met him yet. Just communicated by phone and e-mail.
