Looking for Goose Breast Recipes

Chinese tools aren't to write home about... but Chinese duck? Darn delicious!

The difference between Duck and Goose? If someone says 'duck' I do... if someone says 'goose' i don't dare bend over.

My friend made pastrami out of goose and it was delicious!
He also marinated it in soy and teriyaki, and stir fried it, that also, was delicious!

Put them in the crock pot just like you'd make pulled pork or chicken, season the same and enjoy!

The only goose I've ever eaten that was halfway decent was slow cooked in a crock pot with beef stock and then drenched in BBQ sauce on sandwiches. Most every recipe I've ever seen was all about covering up the bad flavor of the meat with something else like teriyaki, BBQ, etc..

Agree 100% Same with any wild game . Give me a 3/4 inch ribeye .
