Looking for ideas for a air shear

Am having surgery on one of my hands in a week and I have about a 55 gallon barrel of refrigeration copper that needs sorted and cut. I know I will only have one hand for a week then slowly gain use of it back.

Knowing I can't get it all sorted between now and the day of the surgery, I thought if I could come up with an air shear. I could accomplish something. My original thought was using a set of bolt cutters in conjunction with an air ram and some way of actuating it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

when I was kid I made a shear, out of two sections of graders blade, sharpened with a sander, and a bolt for a hinge point, welded on a plate on the bottom and a bar on the top for a handle, it worked reasonably well, I am sure it would shear up copper,

That would work, can get the 12 inch for price of a 8 inch. Wish my bandsaw had a vertical option, it would be perfect.
