Never had a problem returning anything on amazon. I have also had the cheapest LED pod lights I could find on there for 6yrs. I believe they where $23 a pair.
Actually, this is interesting for those of us who use Amazon for farm stuff. For the original poster, I have wired several tractors and my RTV with add-on LED bars and pod lights from NiLights bought off of Amazon. No problems after a couple of years of use - buy their lights and paddle switches and use my own fuse blocks and feeder wiring harnesses (but their harnesses are sometimes plenty long enough). Make sure I use a heavy enough ground wire source to support the lights.
So...my experience, no problems. But a Harbor Freight light bar has done fine as well...
I also order a lot of Amazon stuff for the farm, from small parts to Hydraulic cylinders, Shell Rotella oil, starter for the Kubota RTV, Lucas grease, Stanadyne additives, etc, etc. Well, you get the idea. For years and years. I don't seem to have problems. But 5030's experience has been a lot different than mine. Don't know if area makes a difference - I'm in Kentucky.
I do try to choose a vendor that's "fulfilled by Amazon," and has a good rating. If only a few ratings, or a low rating, I choose a different vendor. Maybe that explains part of this. (Amazon has a review rating function now, which isn't perfect, but seems somewhat helpful).
What about others here? Having any patterns of problems with Amazon? Just curious.
