Hey guys,

I have recently decided to build a 8n tractor. I went from kinda hating the n series tractors because of how boring and common they are to really liking them. I really like how they drive and look over the number series tractors, even over the jubilee. I just sold my 960, my buddy sold his 861 last year which I had the option to buy. My fav out of all the ford tractors between us was his 2n so I’m finally gonna buy a 8n for my next tractor.

I’m looking specifically for an Everett or Aumann Trencher trans. I would be interested in a Howard and Sherman Creeper trans also. Would be interested in a Hupp trans.

Not interested in a Sherman step up or step down. Might be interested in a combo but they aren’t uncommon.

If you have any of these transmissions post on here about it. I check this site regularly. I am located in Ohio, I am willing to travel or can have it shipped.

You are looking for the rarest of the rare. Not to say you cannot find one but have the EMT's there when you get the price casue it is gonna hurt.

I found two Everett’s so far, they just weren’t for sale and owners wanted to brag lol.

I found a Howard but guy wanted too much for it and even found a Sherman Creeper but it was mounted in the tractor about 500 miles away. So all that stuff is out there, just gotta be patient to get them together.

That's a picture of Marvin Baumann's Four-Trans 8N. Slowest tractor in the world.
