Congrats on the IR compressor. I can't speak from experience on that model, but I'm really impressed with my small IR compressor. I think that extra amount that you paid up front will be something that you will appreciate over the years and be happy that you did.
If you can't even buy the thing from HF, what makes you think they will support it when you need parts?

yep always an issue with about anything anymore for parts. have to look on-line to find a part for about anything... DAYTON heater sold through GRAINGER industrial but they couldnt get me part ;( wouldnt even call me back after 3 calls and 2 emails though my work where we buy a lot from them I looked elsewhere and got what I needed.
need to find some new batteries for my 18volt HF drill set.
Going to get horse stall mat for under the compressor as I'm going to leave it on the skid for now as in floor heat tubes and dont want to drill into one of them
I got the compressor fired up today took almost 5 min to fill up to 150 PSI slight vibration in there without the rubber under it. will re-check oil level next time out in the shop and have to get a good regulator plumbed in yet as well as a main line run.
