JMHO, when you are talking a fairly large area (like 1/4 acre or more), and there is any significant amount of dirt that needs to be moved, you are WAY ahead to spend your time finding a really good local grading contractor that has exactly the right equipment and tons of expertise. Of course, anything like this is POSSIBLE to do with a CUT or TLB and an implement or two, but those super-experienced operators can do it in a small fraction of the time with no wear and tear on YOUR equipment. Just a little on your wallet.
