I realize that. Thats why its called negotiations. He states its OBO. Obviously the first offer is generally not accepted. I never start at a price that Id be willing to pay as he has already suggested 25500. He will likely get countered and pay more.

Assuming it really has 500 hours or at least has the wear of 500 hours that’s a pretty good buy. There’s no way the seller will take the 22k as suggested above. Remember the L39 and it’s sister machines aren’t just a regular tractor with a backhoe and loader slapped on. They’re built a lot heavier duty.

4570Man- That's what I was thinking. I'm going to offer him $25,500.00 Cash and ask him to deliver. He does mention OBO.

If it’s a one owner machine, well maintained, stored indoors and he keeps all his other equipment in good condition it might be worth the premium.
