On my DK50 the bolts have come loose where the frame is bolted to the engine block, one bolt has even srtipped the thread from the block. Has anyone else had this problem

I was surprised at how loose the frame to engine block bolts were on my new CK30HST. I tightened them up with an air wrench when I first got the tractor last month.

This is a common thing with tractors.
You should check bolts on a regular bases.
If you find a loose bolt use blue loctite on it.
I don't think I would get the air gun out to tighten them, unless you know what you are doing.

On frame bolts as well as loader mount bolts. That can't be stressed enough.

I found a few when I first recieved my CK30hst. At 54 hours, I did my first service and gave the bolts another check. Nothing was lose.

My 1/2 air gun is in power, between a 12" rachet and an 18" bar!! It is no big deal hooked to a 4 hp compressor! But handy.
