I don't hate cats; I've kept several. I DO have issues with people who let them run loose, then think it's funny when my dog gets attacked. The main point of my posts were in response to a comment "can't see a cat doing much harm to the point that a human would want to kill it "

I also have issues with irresponsible dog owners, as it makes it very difficult for the rest of us. Unfortunately I currently have a coworker who falls under this category.

P.S.;I don't have a daughter, nor a son.

Yes it is funy. It is just a joke about people in parts of the country who may marry close relatives. Anyone who has lost a loved one is affected by any reminder of them. If you lost your sister then you have my condolences but the joke is still funny....
