Rember back when Chrysler products had a reverse thread on one side. It used to be confusing to the unwary who had a tendency to get longer and longer snipes till the bolt broke.
Don't get me wrong,I am not disputing it does not happen on the R-4's,that is the reason I asked originally as whether it happened on R-4's,I just never had the problem when I had R-4's on my tractor(I would say I had the R-4's on the tractor about 200 hundred hours and never touched the lug bolts) but I have had the R-1s and it has happened on the right and left side, but the left side most of the time./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
