Losing coolant from radiator overflow

I would remove the injectors or glow plugs , drain the oil and leave the drainplug out ,remove the intake and exhaust ,then pressurize the cooling system to 10psi,youll find water coming out of 1 of these, then you can start narrowing down whats bad.

Finally got the head gasket to seal no more coolant loss. The bad news is lots of blow by, really hard to start. Have to use glow plugs to get it to start in 85 degree weather.

I'm trying to think of something that would seal the head gasket and also make the engine run worse -- and I'm drawing a blank. What did you do to make it seal?

Hard starting=low compression usually. Are you sure it's blow-by and not just unburned fuel? Is one cylinder not firing? Are your valves adjusted?

Used copper spray on the head gasket. All cylinders are firing. Valves were adjusted per Affordable Tractor, 20mm intake, 25mm exhaust. Lot of smoke out od oil fill cap

How many hours on the engine? The blow-by could be from several sources.

About 150hrs on engine

Excessive blow-by is usually from worn piston rings and liner walls, worn valve guides and valve stem seals, cracked piston rings, and cracked liners if it is a dry liner engine. You may have a plugged PCV valve, if so equipped. The engine could also be "dusted", that being run in an extremely dusty environment with a dirty or no air filter, which shortens the life of the pistons, rings, and liners. A small amount of blow-by is acceptable.

I suspect I have a broken compression ring or two.
