I flunked Mind Reading 101! Can you provide more info other then "...after 15 minutes it looses power..."!!!

Gas or diesel?

If it's a diesel, what ambient tempertures are you operating at? Do you have fuel at the injector pump or the outlet from the fuel filter when it quits? If you don't that's problem.Could be frozen water from contaminated fuel on the fuel filter or if you have summer diesel and cold ambient temps, gelled fuel. Could also be trash in the tank outlet screen.

If it's a gas, what is your electrical system operating at, 6v or 12V? Do you have a good spark when it quits on you? If you don't and if you have a 12v conversion, make sure that you have a real 12v coil with ~3.2 ohms primary resisitance OR a 6 v coil at 1.6 ohms primary resistance and a ballast resistor with about another 1.6 ohms of resistance.
Also check for high resistance at the key switch. If that checks out, make sure that you have an adequate fuel supply to the carb. Make sure the fuel cap is vented and make sure you have fuel at the sediment bowl. Make sure the "secret filter" in the carb inlet elbow isn't clogged.
