I lost drive on a 6640 powerstar sle 16X16 powershift earlier this summer.
(blue roof pre 98 model, about 6500h )
no fault coades, only gearbox oil light when in gear and releasing clutch. I searched the internet and found the gasket 82008709 might be broken (witch it was) so i replaced it with all the o rings on the side plate .Today when starting up after replacement i had very little drive for a few seconds( manedged to crawl a few meters forward on flat surface in lowest gear but no proper cluth engagement),but the drive decreased to zero and the tractor is now behaveing like before.
when I run the motor at high rpm with gears engaged and switch from 1-2 , 3-4, 5-6, 7-8 it makes no sound but 2-3 and 6-7 makes an clutching sound.
At allmost full rpm and some reverse gears the light might come off but still no drive.
Where do I measure the pressure for c1, c2, c3, c4 and what is the proper pressure?
