I use WIX on my DK35SE. One oil filter issue is that the length space is limited when you look at filters that are candidates. Your a long ways from a hydraulic filter. Engine "size" vs. hp vs. torque is a better discussion than cc's or ci's. In a tractor torque & traction are the supremo factors.
I hope to track down a Wix filter in the future. Might be the same one as on the CK2610 since they may use the same or very similar engines.

Went out to the garage to settle the engine size controversy. Right on top of the cover it said it was 1.647 L with injector timing of 16 degrees BTDC.

That's a 100 CID engine which should provide more torque than a smaller displacement engine

ETA:
This site sez it's over 77 ft-lbs of torque. I think that's pretty good for that size tractor. Kubota says the engine in the L2501 has 58 ft-lbs of torque. I think the Deere Yanmar is around 65 lb-ft . I don't see the Kubota figure as accurate. Got to be more

If all this is true, I is impressed

Regarding the "zerks" query, I didn't know there was a difference between British and N American only that in Britain we call them "nipples". It's sexier.
However, I have an American (Lincoln?) grease gun and it fits the nipples on my Kioti (European model - CK2810). Hope that helps. It also fits the nipples on my British JCB 8025 excavator.

The manual should have a dedicated section that shows all of the grease points. Yes the loader will have more than the tractor, but there are usually still a few on the tractor (front axle as an example on mine).
I am not sure which zeros Kioti uses sorry. Maybe someone else here will.
My 3510 user manual does show them. However, there are gear and hst models plus base and se. I don’t know how many variants of a cx2510 may be out there but the manuals kioti gives are generic. Mine shows things that don’t exist on my model.

There's a recent thread somewhere on here that is about zerks. I googled zerk type chart and came up with several versions I didn't know about. Whatever is on Kioti, my grease gun fits it and everything else I've ever owned-go figure on that huh?;)
Kubota's tricky on numbers as they all are at times.
I'm finding that i have to go up several increments of tractor size to around 50hp to even begin to match my Kioti DK 35SE in engine torque, loader capacity and overall weight. I'm also finding that there lots of lesser machines and similar machines but the larger ones where I gain some umph are high hours serious farmer tractors that I don't want to herd around or pay for.
Your 3510 will do most anything a hobby farmer needs.

My wife asked me what I was doing.

I said I was on TBN. She took my phone, looked, read and asked “what is a zerk”?

I told her and showed her one on the tractor.

She stated at me a while and said “all you guys are on your phones talking about grease and these zerk things in a chat room”? Well - yea - sort of.

She shook her head and said never ever never make fun of anything she ever does again. That includes getting her toenails polished.

We have reached a new low gentlemen!

Thats fine. Just look for all of them on your machine and circle them in the manual, that way you know what you have. Then next time it will be easy! Just double check them the first time.

Good thing you are here in the USA. Some countries call zerk fittings "nipples". That may have required a little more explaining about what you were really talking about and possibly a level of disbelief when you were trying to show her where nipples are located on a tractor...

You’d be correct on trying to explain that!!!

Sitting outside on a patio in Moab looking at the beautiful morning sun over the red rocks on my vacation. I’m already contemplating my return home to about 150 zerks needing to be greased.…
2nd cutting is waiting for me…..
