Sorry, I am not implying that they should drop letters in the mail w/o postage. I was just expressing my personal opinion that the people that are mailing these unwanted low ball offers to buy real estate fall into the same category as offers for extended car warrantys, replacement windows, medicare advantage plans, burial insurance policies and campaign ads.

If anything, the post office should charge them more.

1 acre in or near town is going for $150,000 around here. Out of town you can’t buy an acre.
