Recently bought a used 2002 L3710 with a woods 7500 BH, being it's my first tractor there are a few things I did not notice, one was 5-6 inches of ground clearance under the backhoe subframe. Of course it gave me no problems on the dealer's smooth test area. When I brought it up to my land I couldn't even get it up the rough driveway I realize one of my problems is it has turf tires which doesn't hepl. I called my dealer and he told me to bring it back and they would trade me up ( thanks a lot ). I contacted a second dealer he looked up an alternate subframe which mounts differently and would give me the same ground clearance as a kubota BH ( $1040.00 ), having acquired most of my knowledge from you fine folks over the summer I asked if this was a three point hitch setup and he said no, it is a full subframe of a different design. My question is does anyone know of this alternate subframe. I've e-mailed Woods twice in ten days and am still waiting for a reply. Thanks in Advance for any help.
