Low hrs. NH1715 4x4 4 sale ....Good deal?

I've found a low hours New Holland 1715 4x4 for sale. The ad says only 36 hrs, but I've got to wonder if this is a misprint. I have no details regarding the specs of this tractor and I wonder if anyone can give me a little "Blue Education". I've liked most everything I've looked at in the NH brand and though I'm leaning heavily toward the purchase of a Kioti, I'd hate to miss out on something. The asking price is $8,850. I would appreciate any info.

The 36 hours sounds very low. I'd want to know why. I believe the 1715 tractor basically to be an economy version of the 1710. From what I remember the 1715 and 1725 were the economy versions, like the TC30 is today. Nothing wrong with them, they just lack a few frills and have less in the way of transmissions etc.
do any accessories come with the tractor? The price seems somewhat hight for a bare tractor. I liked my 1710 and it performed very well for it's size.

Thank you very much for the info. 36 hours has to be a misprint in the ad. If not since this model hasn't been manufactured since 1997 there could be some issues related to sitting around not being used! The specs sound like it's a unit that would be more than sufficient for my use. This may be worth a phone call to check on although your observation on the price seems valid since there are no attachments listed in the ad and the tractor is at least 7 model years old. I had no idea as to it's age since I'm not really well versed on NH products. Again, thanks for your info.

Your welcome. I wouldn't worry if it was under 1000 hours. The price would be okay if it includes a 7308 loader. The tires should give you an idea of hours. 36 hours and the markings on the tread itself wouldn't be gone. 1000 hours and I would guess 1/2 tread would be gone.

I purchased a 1715 a year ago for $10,500 from a dealer. It had a little over 400 hours on it and they gave me 6 month warranty on it. They're great tractors and like was previously stated, no frills. I'd buy it in a minute for that price.
