I've just purchased a L3010HST with backhoe and FEL. The maximum rpm I can get out is about 1800rpm. Anyone know what is wrong?

I have the same tractor and haven't experienced that problem. Are you sure the throttle isn't jut a little tight and can be turned a little more?

I don't know about the 3010,, but on most tractors there's an adjustment on a throttle linkage rod; loosen the jam nut, adjust, and tighten the jam nut again; very simple. I don't know whether that's your problem, but that's the first thing I'd look for.
