How long are the ones your using? My Iseki came with some about 18", but they were to short for the Yanmar tiller I got. So I made them 24" long and it put the tiller about 5-6" behind the rear tire.

Well, now that I have my driveshaft that's still not going to be long enough - that shaft will be to short with the slip clutch. I'm thinking of using 32" since that looks like a standard length.

That would put the tiller about a foot back but I wonder if that'll be to far and cause the tiller weight want to lift the front end up? But really there's no other choice I can see.

update -

I lengthened the arms to 32" and have about 6" of driveshaft (8" overall) in the run position. It works fine. And the tiller works great, first time using one behind a tractor.

If I were to do it again I'd skip the slip clutch, don't think it's needed with the 1910. All that happens is the tractor and tiller stops if digging to deep at once.
