I don't have any current pictures of my problem areas where the gravel is starting to wash, but here is a picture of the road taken last year that gives you an idea of the terrain and layout of the road

I lived in Baton Rouge as a kid years ago and remember the heavy rains there. Looking at your road makes me think you need it to be heavily crowned since the water will flow down the steepest part of the road. To work right the crown needs to be steeper than the roadway if you want it to run off in the shortest path. That can be impractical though if the road is too steep and you may want to put in some swales to force the water to the sides.
You can fix up the crown and keep working it when it rains but without some well planned fixes it will require a lot of maintenance.
