Loader LS 2740 model 100 loader bucket wont rotate

I just had the cylinders repacked. The bucket rotates down but wont come back up. I believe my problem is in the control valve. I am hoping to find an exploded view diagram of the control valve. it is a model 100 loader. or any other ideas

Air in the system? Just a shot in the dark

Agree, check your hydraulic fluid level, top off if low, then work (operate) the loader in all directions to bleed out the air.
