I am curious about weather or not anyone else has brake issues. To specify i mean when i am in gear and moving the brake pedal and even parking break do absolutely nothing to stop or even slow me down. They do however work when i engage the clutch and there is absolutely no power to the wheels. also the push down pedal that is supposed to be for the creeper break or whatever that is located under the right hand side close to the seat seams to do absolutely nothing. This is a brand new tractor and i have only put 35 hours on it so far and it has done this ever since i bought it new from the dealer. I asked him about it a couple days after receiving it and he simply said that there is too much power feeding the wheels and that the brakes wont work unless the clutch is engaged, which at first i was satisfied with the explanation but after using it a bit and looking up about the creeper"push down" pedal under right leg i am starting to wonder if there isnt some sort of defect or the brakes where somehow compramised when i purchased the tractor. There was 2.5 hours on the tractor when it was delivered and i assume that this was simply racked up from loading on and off of trailers and barges and maybe a few test spins by others at the dealership. This is my first tractor so i have no other tractor expierience to compare it to.
Any and all information on this would be greatly appreciated.
