At this time i am STILL having emission issues with my XR3037C I have owned it a little over 4 years and it has been worked on 8 separate times. I was hoping for a buyback as they have 4-5 early gear drive units bought back and sitting in California but due to company restructuring they are no longer buying back tractors. Their only answer is either trade it or keep throwing parts at it until it's out of warranty and then the POS is on me. In the last 3 weeks, the midwest area dealer rep quit, The western area manager was let go and the midwest area manager was let go. I'm to the point that i'm just going to troll their facebook page and bad mouth them here until i'm ether out of warranty or something is done. Wish i would have bought a Mahindra..........

According to ONE of my many dealers their is a new CEO at LS that used to work at Cat and their is many changes coming, Most not so good. They are so desperate for dealers they will give anyone a dealership. I have seen car dealers selling LS tractors in my travels and i understand this will be getting worse, Car dealers, Feed Stores, Lawnmower shops ect. All people who have NO BUSINESS selling tractors........

Around here, that's been my impression of them ever since I heard of LS 4-5 years ago. That's not a good plan for so called "dealers", customers or LS.

My LS dealer is a farm equipment store which I think is a perfect fit. He's a very small operation though. I'd like to see the company grow and one way to do that is through exposure. The more people that see them, the better. Put them at places people go for other reasons rather than at more exclusive shops in industrial areas like the CAT/Massey dealers. Our local JD dealer is in a retail area with restaurants, shopping malls and gyms.

It must have occurred to you that LS had less than 2% tractor market share when you purchased. Did you purchase from the car dealer, feed store or lawnmower shop?
If you could do it over, what tractor brand would you buy?
I advise selling when tractor is running well. If LS stops paying for your warranty work you will be in a worse situation.
Someone with experience wrenching tractors, with the incentive of ownership, MIGHT get your tractor running well.
If LS reads your posts they might stop repairs under warranty.
