Any ideas on where to get service manuals online?
What's the deal with LS Tractor. It seems they have removed or blocked access to all sites that used to let you look up LS tractor parts online. Of course none of them had parts manuals for the new XR series but they did have them for C,S,G,I,J,R,U,and P series. What's the harm in letting owners look up their own parts. We still have to buy the parts from the dealers. This has only happened in the past month because I was looking and was able to access manuals for the above mentioned models. The Canadian site was the last one I was able to access but now says there is no site assigned to this domain. I was able to buy the service manual from my dealer but was told I couldn't buy the parts manual. Has anyone else noticed this?
Part list are advailbe on line in pdf format, I do however find that a lot of times you can buy parts from NewHolland cheaper , as long as they have the same part number (most do)it a a factory fit.....
The app you want is New Holland My Shed Agriculture. You can then add the Boomer 20 to the My Models tab and then be able to access parts diagrams, part numbers, and pricing. I use this app to cross reference parts for my XG3037 (Boomer 37).
Your tractor is sold by New Holland as the Boomer 20. You should be able to access online parts diagrams using the New Holland site or app. The part numbers are the same except the NH part usually begins with MT. LS makes most New Holland tractors. Service manuals are a different story...there are only a few places that sell them for the LS and most charge an arm and a leg. Check ebay and craigslist for one for your tractor, see if your dealer will provide you a pdf version, or find another J2020H or Boomer 20 owner and split the cost. Hope you are able to find one.
