LS R3039H oil change info needed

Hi all can't find my books for tractor, how much oil does the 3039 take on a oil change and what filter is every one using, my former dealer does not handle LS anymore so, was going to use the Napa 1365 filter and rotella t 15w-40 for oil is this correct? IRC think its 6 quarts needed

That is why I ALWAYS download a copy of all manuals to my computer for any equipment. That way I can get quick and easy answers by using the "FIND" search option. I can easily print out a page to use in the barn or elsewhere.

do that all the time LS does not have a free down load option for there manuals.

Manual says 1.2 gallons (4.5L).

I use LS filters. But you should be able to cross it. If you can't get a cross to the tractor, try a cross to the Mitsubishi S4L2 engine.

Oil/Filter change is 5 quarts. I'm using the LS filter --- 40056451.
