LS tractor MT 347HC

I bought a new LS tractor, model MT347HC in 2024. Worked great until I began to have regen issues. My issue today is LS's parts ordering system. My tractor has been at the dealer for 4 weeks (going on 5 weeks), waiting for DPF gaskets. The dealer has not been very helpful as no one seems to know if the gaskets even exist in the U.S. or in Korea. The LS manufacturer in the U.S. needs to work with dealers to confirm parts availability or ways to check with other dealers who might have the part. I am very frustrated and I am thinking about going with another tractor brand.

That may become a bigger issue for all parts sourced outside the country. Since the tractor should still be under warranty, you may want to escalate the issue to the regional or national sales manager. Either a swap out for a running unit or a loaner to get you by until your tractor is operational. Doubt the dealer will offer the fix, but may be forced to. What are the lemon laws like in your state? If the tractor was older, I'd say take a look at some of the DPF delete threads, but a 2024 is too new for that even in my book).

I don't know if that is one of the models that crosses to a NH/Case, but if it does, if you add MT to the front of the part number you can check to see if it's available via NH or Case. Messick's would be a good place to check online, once you have a part number

Well, messick's has the New Holland ones in stock. LS part # is 40411057, adding mt in front makes it a NH number. same, same

Just curious how many hours currently on your MT347 ? Hopefully you will be able to get the issues resolved soon.
What kind of work have you been using your MT347 for ? Sounds like maybe the gaskets were defective or not properly installed at the factory ?
