I bought a new LS tractor, model MT347HC in 2024. Worked great until I began to have regen issues. My issue today is LS's parts ordering system. My tractor has been at the dealer for 4 weeks (going on 5 weeks), waiting for DPF gaskets. The dealer has not been very helpful as no one seems to know if the gaskets even exist in the U.S. or in Korea. The LS manufacturer in the U.S. needs to work with dealers to confirm parts availability or ways to check with other dealers who might have the part. I am very frustrated and I am thinking about going with another tractor brand.
