LT160 w/Freedom 42 - Bad Cut, Blades now hitting

Where I work, we have recently hired a woman (she starts July 1) to head up our Engineering dept. She previously was in charge of a group of engineers at NASA.

I asked a woman engineer how would she solve this problem. She said it is very simple. Just raise 1 blade 1" higher than the other and then they can overlap without ever hitting.............:laughing::thumbsup:
