Lube your trailer balls?

I have a tri ball hitch and grease mine before each use with either white grease or wheel bearing grease. When done towing I wrap a shop towel around it so grease doesn't get on me then remove hitch. Since the height is adjustable and ball selction is done by pulling pins it's cheaper to pull the hitch after each use than to mess with 3 locking devices. Less chance of theft that way.
