over the past 9 months i have been gleaning significant information from several forums. my wife and i bought 42 acres north of columbus ohio last summer and being a city guy i needed to ramp up fast.
in december after 4 months of learning all things tractors from this community i purchased a new Kubota 2620 with fel, mmm and back blade. needed to get thru the winter with a 1/2 mile gravel drive (found it to be easier to maintain than the 40 ft drive i have to keep clear here in the city).
then a wet spring came and i managed to mow our 8 acre "yard". learned to re-attach the mid mount mower and have mowed twice. the R4 tires left their marks but after several days and a bit of drying - not an issue.
then a nearby auction came along and i bought a tiller and a rotary cutter - both KK.
so i am ready to go!
thx to the many posters that i have learned from. i bought a great tractor - have my implements and you helped immensely.
best part you helped me impress my wife with my wealth of tractor knowledge
thx again
