Price Check LX188

I'm going to see a used LX188 on Saturday morning. 1992 model, serial #M0L188X044458. Description says the machine is in very good condition except that seat is cracked, and hood hinge is broken.

Asking price is $1100. Is this a reasonable price, if machine checks out as mechanically solid other than the seat and hood hinge?

Its a good tractor. How many hours are on it. Most sell for around 7-800 around here. Deere dealers ask 1200
