McCallum -
I enjoyed this thread a lot. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
This board runs the gammut from deadly serious to witty humor. Kind of keeps things balanced.
All humor aside for the moment, I
was interested in how the wheel weights performed for you, but since your mighty 'M' is about twice the size of my little 'L' I guess 300 pounds of extra weight would have much less effect for you.
My rear tires are filled also, but I seem to be able to spin all four on a regular basis. I know I'm pushing my tractor's limits with all the FEL digging I've been doing, but I feel I'm wasting what horsepower I have if I spin the wheels before stalling the engine.
I'm planning on adding about 400 pounds of wheel weights, which is slightly more than the manual recommends, but I'm hoping that will squeeze a little more efficiency out of my existing horsepower.
I think the size of my 'L' is perfect for my property in the woods, but I will always lust for more weight and power. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif
