M59 Backhoe Lifting Capacity...

With the backhoe extended almost all the way about like --- how much weight can it lift w/out curling? Talking about going UP.

I don't think Kubota has published that spec. I suppose I could come close to a guess by weighing some 16' logs that I routinely lift. Hmmm.

The lifting capacity should be explained in the owners manual for the backhoe. It should show a chart with the full range of motion and the lift capacity through that motion. I have an L45 and the backhoe will lift a little more than 1200 lbs. extended all the way out.

Gary T. Nailed it! Backhoe manual states 87% of maximum lift force at ground level is 1296 lbs at 12 feet out.....so safe to say max capacity is about 1300lbs. to 1400lbs.
