Closer to $1mil. Our Dept is looking at a new 105' ladder truck. Fully outfitted with hose and other hardware is easily $1Mil+++. And that is not for an expensive one.

Reminds me of the local towing outfit that lost a fire department ladder truck in a similar fashion. Total loss of a half million dollar truck. This is the same outfit that I saw moving a small motorhome on a rollback a few blocks without having it tied down

Have they looked at Sutphen? My dad purchased an aerial platform (sph100) from them. It was close to a mil and then equipment on top. It's pretty darn nice.

He is now parting it out if anyone is interested.
