Thank for all the info guys. I'm hoping to get to the dealer Monday to look around, I want it to be exactly what I want since I don't plan to get rid of it for a long time.

Went by John Deere today to price a 6065e. But I just don't like how the operators platform isn't flat.
Have you priced the 6060 with Kubota yet? The farm paper around here is showing the cab model for 38.

No I'm trying to stay away from the 60 series for now I haven't really read much that I like on the regeneration mode stuff. But I may end up there, but no cab since I brush hog commercial and I tend to get close to trees

I understand that,I been kinda looking at new tractors and the Massey 4608-10 not having all that has really got my eye. I will be keeping my 7040's but adding a 3rd tractor in the future.
My brother has the Mahindra 8560 and I like it,it's comfortable to be in all day, stout on the loader and heavier tractor doing work but I can't feel that it pulls the 15ft batwing any better than my 7040 after spending some time on it. It's of course bigger tractor and defiantly not a fair fight between the two but I would own one, just wish was little more peepy on the motor like my 7040

I'm actually eyeing a new mahindra too. 50-70hp range. I like the the larger lift capacity on the smaller tractors

I don't know if this will be an improvement over what you have. Now this one would be be a BIG improvement. ;)

With the financing 0 for 84, the 7yr warranty, and the price it honestly was a good purchase. Me and him went and tested out every brand also several weekends and just picked the Mahindra. Don't take me wrong he could afford any of them but it just fit. And him being drag racer liked the hood scoop with the lights, lol. That thing will light up the dark now,let me tell yeah...

foreman you had better think about adding a mahindra to your farm.the only reason being is you like to trade them pretty quick.plus they dont seen to have much of a trade or resale value to them.

Lol,I like to think I will be keeping what I have now until they give up and hope that's several years down the road and my next purchase too. There will be more to be said about the Mahindra 100p by the time I'm ready. I'm waiting for some hours to be put On these tier4s and see what resale on a higher hour tractor is going to be. With all the new emission it's going to have to be costly at some time or another I would think. It's not like now that you wouldn't be afraid to buy some of the older tractors with some hours on them but I guess it will be the normal by that time. I have been keeping my eye open for a restored international 886 for reasonable and I would be happy(found one in Canada but dang cost me a lot get home).
