Is there an aftermarket or OEM accessory / option for a shuttle disengage button to mount on the FEL control stick? They are nice when doing loader work.

Exactly what I was thinking!
I think you would have to go through the WSM wiring diagrams and see if the shuttle was electrically (neutral) controlled, somehow I doubt that Kubota would have gone this way as they build tractors, with optional FEL/HOE, so their design is more to do with tractor/traction drive than FEL operation.

Does your shuttle lever operate an electrical switch/control, or does it go to a linkage to the tranny? If it's not electrical, I doubt you'll have a chance.

On a backhoe as you pull into a pile of dirt and press the button. It'll disengage the transmission so you can hit the throttle to make the hydraulics works faster and get the bucket raised. Put it in R and let go of the button and away you go. Increase productivity quite a bit when you get the order down
