Great idea! Using the 2" receiver gives you the flexibility to make other neat attachments...good thinkin.

Your M9000 with that tooth bar looks unstoppable!

Nice job.

Thanks, I've got a 18" drop receiver shank with a quick change ball that hooks up as well to allow me to jockey trailers around with, its much easier to work big trailers in tight spots if your driving them in instead of backing.

I need to start welding so I don't have to rely on somebody else to weld things up for me, I'd like my next project to be a round hay bale spike welded onto dual shanks to keep the load balanced nicely. I had my dealer install the inserts for me before I even picked up my machine almost two years ago, The way mine are situated they are sitting on the ends of my loader arms when the bucket is installed so I can't believe that a bale spike wouldn't work well, I've been tempted to just get a spike and put it into one of the inserts but I'm afraid a thousand or so pounds sitting on one side of the loader might tweak the arms.

I haven't taken time to make one yet, but a spill plate would make a nice addition to install in the receivers.
