I used an electric ban saw for cutting and the drilling was fine until I got up to the 7/8 holes, they were tough going on a small drill press with a cheap bit. Those old bed frames angles can be tough to drill through. My steel was free, got a friend that works for a steel company and he seems to always owe me a favor. The hitch really turned out better than the pics show. I will paint it today when it warms up. May post a final pic when its finished.
